On line/postal voting commences Tuesday 22 nd of May until noon on Friday 20th July
2018.
 On line/postal voting closes on Friday 20 th of July at 12 noon.
 Votes will be accepted by post to The Hospitality Awards C/O South East Radio,
Custom House Quay, Wexford.
 Voting is permitted for one venue/nominee in each category
 To place a vote, you must be over 18 years of age.
 To place a valid vote, you must include your full name and a valid email address
and/or postal address and reason why you wish to vote.
 Only one vote per category is permitted per person.
 The venues nominated must operate in County Wexford. If the nominated business
is part of a group we will only accept a nomination for the County Wexford based
venue.
 If you are the owner of a hospitality venue and your organisation would NOT like to
be a part of this award ceremony, we would ask that you simply email us to
brian@southeastradio.ie stating you would not like your organisation to be included
in the judging process by Friday July 13th . This email must include your name, title
and contact details to allow verification.
 The 3/5 shortlisted contenders in each category receiving the highest public votes,
will receive a visit from one of our judging panel for the relevant category.
 The venues shortlisted will be notified by email and will appear on southeastradio.ie
as well as being broadcasted on South East Radio.
 An expert panel of judges for each venue type will select the overall winner for each
category in that venue type.
 The Judge’s decision is final. No correspondence or feedback will be entered into.
 The organisers of the Hospitality Awards have contracted the independent judges to
be in County Wexford on a limited number of selected dates later this summer to
carry out the on-site judging phase. Judging will take place on the selected days only
and if your business is unable to host the judge on the selected date & random time
we will have no alternative but to eliminate your venue/nominee from the category.

•  If your business is shortlisted in a food related category you are required to provide
  samples of your choice from the menu which will showcase your venue at its best.
   For those voting for their favourite new establishment in the restaurant section
  please note that the venue should not be opened longer than 1 year, therefore the
  restaurant should be opened post the 1st June 2017.
   Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on Monday 17 th of September
  at the Amber Springs Hotel, Gorey. Tickets at €65.00 can be purchased by

   There will be one winner per category.
   Winners will receive a special trophy at the awards ceremony.
   South East Radio reserves the right to use all recorded or live material involved in
  the awards ceremony for promotional purposes. Winners may also be required by
  South East Radio to participate in a photo shoot. South East Radio has the right to
  use such publicity photos in any medium (including, without limitation, the internet)
  and in any reasonable manner it sees fit.
   Employees and their immediate families of South East Radio are not eligible to vote.
   Individuals who are shortlisted for awards, for example, Chef of the Year, Wedding
  Coordinator of the Year, Bar Manager of the Year, Receptionist of the Year, Hotel
  Manager of the Year etc. must be in the employment of the company that
  they were nominated for up to and including the awards ceremony on the 17th
  September 2017.
   If a listener has voted/nominated a venue into a category which is
  deemed unsuitable or inappropriate, we reserve the right to transfer that vote /venue
  into a suitable category or eliminate that vote if the voters intentions are unclear to
  us.
