Michelle is CEO of Ireland’s Blue Book, a marketing association for a collection of 56 luxury country house hotels and restaurants located throughout the island of Ireland, and has managed the association for the past 11 years. Roisin has been involved in the tourism industry her entire career. She has worked in both operational management roles  as well as sales and marketing roles at a number of properties including The Ardilaun, The Grand Hotel Malahide as well as Jurys/Doyle group.

She was responsible for the Sales & Marketing of the newly opened and rebranded Portmarnock Hotel and Golf Links in the late 90’s .

She is currently  Director of Operations and Marketing at Original Irish Hotels  which rebranded in 2018. A position she has held for over 16 years

Roisin has worked on a number of trade advisory committees with both Failte Ireland and Tourism Ireland and has travelled extensively overseas on behalf of the properties she represents. She holds a BSC (mgmt.) from Trinity College Dublin and a Higher Diploma from Cathal Brugha Street College of Catering. With strong strategic expertise and a proven track-record, Tim has been working in the economic development and tourism industry for over 35 years, initially in London and Edinburgh, then in Belfast and most recently in Westport, Co. Mayo. He has gained significant experience in launching, delivering and managing signature venues, hotels, and events alike.

His strong reputation on providing quality customer experiences throughout his career was particularly evidenced when he was Chief Executive of Titanic Belfast, being responsible for the launch of the world’s largest Titanic experience. With Tim at the helm, the internationally renowned world-class visitor attraction and team went from strength to strength, welcoming close to 4 million visitors from over 145 countries in its first five years, being named ‘World’s Leading Tourist Attraction’ in 2016/17.

In 2014 Tim’s services to Economic Development and Tourism were recognised at the highest level, when he was awarded an MBE by H.M. The Queen.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
